Course Description
Training to support the development of expertise system-based tools to support patient safety incident investigations.
This course covers the end to end systems-based patient safety incident response based upon the new NHS PSIRF and includes:

introduction to systems engineering initiative in patient safety (seips)

examples of analysing incidents through the lens of seips

introduction to each of the five tools; how and when to use them
